No returns on any dog toys! 

All orders typically ship within 1-2 business days via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. You will receive an e-mail with tracking information as soon as we ship your order. 

Apparel can be exchanged for credit only, must be within 14 days of ship date. 

Defective and/or damaged merchandise must be reported to us within 2 days from receipt.
